The NGO “Pro Cooperare Regionala” located in mun. Balti, with financial support from the HEKS Foundation Moldova has launched the competition for 2015 grants within the project “Social Infrastructure Rehabilitation” – RIS.

The project aims to improve the living conditions for rural populations by renovating social infrastructure buildings: schools and kindergartens.

Within the range of RIS project includes the 11 districts in the north of Moldova: Briceni, Ocnita, Edinet, Glodeni, Riscani, Falesti, Sîngerei, Floresti, Drochia, Donduseni, and Soroca.

NGO “Pro Cooperare Regionala” works with rural communities on the principles of partnership and finances 50% of the total project value, but no more than 90,000 lei. Community contribution will be at least 50% of the total project cost.

Who can apply?

Public associations in partnership with APL who operate in the northern region of the Republic of Moldova.

Procedure for submitting projects

The files should be sent to the office of Pro Cooperare Regionala located at:

The deadline for submitting applications is May 15, 2015.

Note: In order to support new users, on March 12, 2015 “Pro Cooperare Regionala” will hold a meeting to promote the RIS project RIS and will present project details.
